It is a concept of personalized dinners focused on local and seasonal ingredients, exposing as the main theme the fundamental knowledge about what is used.
The philosophy of carrying in each dish the living memory within each one of us, transmitting the essence of the ingredient and respecting it.
The Crisis was born out of the need to convey a message of desperation and overcoming through food, based on what was learned during the journey.
